Dear Scotia Dental Care,

I am writing this letter to thank you for the special efforts you have made on my behalf. As you know my teeth have given me trouble for quite some time, but I tend to panic when it comes time to visit a dentist. Your relaxed and informative approach has given me the comfort to continue with my program , once you resolved my original "crisis".

I have wanted to fix my teeth for some time, as I have been quite self conscious about the way my teeth look in pictures. I therefore tend to not smile when there is a camera around, even though I am usually a happy person.

I took the time to consult with some of your patients before I decided to go ahead with my dental work, and I now agree with them that you are one of the best dentists I have visited. I also appreciate the fact that you were prepared to set a work program for me and that I am able to move forward at a pace that is comfortable for me in terms of my time and my financial resources.
